Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and provide professional nursing services according to standards of practice, experience, education, Pennsylvania nursing board requirements, and established policies
  • Perform pre-employment appointments
  • Schedule Workers' Compensation appointments and follow up with injuries
  • Give vaccinations, draw blood, and read and interpret lab work
  • Perform fit testing, check vital signs, and conduct eye checks/vision screenings
  • Triage patient phone calls and respond to clinical inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Pennsylvania RN license
  • Active BLS certification
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in care coordination and transitional care management
  • Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement initiatives and closing care gaps
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work according to department needs
