About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide quality patient-centered care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Apply competent clinical practice and the nursing process
- Integrate relationship-based care into practice
- Serve as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit
- Assume accountability for nursing care of designated patients
- Demonstrate unit/area-designated competencies
- Float between the three hospital locations
- Complete provided orientation and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of current experience as a Registered Nurse in the desired specialty
- Must work 24 hours every four weeks to remain active for per diem status
- Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
- Must be willing to float between the three locations
- Applicants must be able to complete the provided orientation and training
- Applicants must be able to float
- Float pool experience preferred
- Contract/travel agency experience preferred
