About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Capture, analyze, and report data to help Trinity Health leadership achieve operational efficiency
- Audit department information and produce analytical reports
- Suggest improvements to processes and support performance improvement activities
- Research, collect, compile, synthesize, and analyze information for ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives
- Create detailed summaries and graphical presentations illustrating trends, ROI, impacts, and practical solutions
- Research and map existing business processes and end-user interactions with systems and training
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops with departments, trainers, and users
- Create current-state and future-state process maps and documentation using tools such as Visio
- Identify training-related inefficiencies and recommend streamlined process, system, or content adjustments
- Prioritize change initiatives with stakeholders
- Support system upgrades and rollouts and coordinate pilot programs
- Collaborate with training, communication, IT, and department leadership teams
- Embed optimized processes into training materials and delivery
- Monitor adoption rates, training completion, user satisfaction, and process efficiency
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Distribute analytical reports and advise leaders on best practices and standardized workflows
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and the Trinity Health Code of Conduct
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Operations, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of experience in process optimization, project coordination, internal communications, or change management
- Knowledge of business analysis and systems thinking
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to research, collect, compile, synthesize, and analyze data
- Ability to create reports, graphical data presentations, and process documentation
- Ability to use multiple system applications
- Ability to create current-state and future-state process maps using tools such as Visio
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Ability to support system upgrades, rollouts, pilot programs, and change implementation
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health policies, procedures, Integrity and Compliance Program, and Code of Conduct
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, safety, ethical conduct, and compliance
- Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
- Change management knowledge such as ADKAR or Prosci is a nice-to-have qualification
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion and manage concurrent tasks and projects
- Ability to use a computer and other technology
- Ability to provide assistance in an emergency
- Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds unassisted occasionally, where applicable
