About the role
- Provides expert direction, management, and assistance to managers and colleagues in analysis and resolution of complex issues
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday, security role processing
- Maintains collaborative relationships with health ministry staff, Payroll, HR Operations, and vendors
- Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains confidentiality of information
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years of progressive experience with increased responsibility in an HR specialist role
- Advanced proficiency of HRIS required
- Familiarity with Workday
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite
