Manage escalated colleague issues and complex inquiries
Provide support via incoming calls, live chat and colleague portal
Market Department services and provide customer service
Conduct monthly audits and reports of colleague HR Administrative data
Assist with training during the implementation of new processes
Serve as back-up for HR Service Center Representative
Responsible for case management of all inquiries from RHM's
Gather quality analytics and metrics from Contact Center cases
Requirements
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
3 years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role in a high-volume work environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of HRIS (i.e. Workday)
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytic, problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated written communication skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision while organizing and prioritizing workload
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
