Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years of progressive experience in an HR specialist or support role
Experience in vendor management preferred
Proficient in HRIS and aware of downstream impacts of transactions
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Kronos preferred
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Proficient in MS Office Suite
