About the role
- Manage specialized Human Resource service delivery for the HR Service Center
- Oversee training for team members
- Provide analytics and metrics for management
- Audit vendor billing and participant listings
- Lead projects such as Open Enrollment for supported regions
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
- Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years of progressive experience in an HR specialist or support role
- Experience in vendor management preferred
- Proficient in HRIS and aware of downstream impacts of transactions
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Kronos preferred
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
