Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and regions
Assess patients and identify outcomes or solutions
Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Act independently within the RN license, scope of knowledge, and experience
Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s) of practice/employment
Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health
Current credentials required for the specialty area, such as ACLS and TNCC
BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association
Willingness and qualification to float throughout hospitals, locations, and regions
Ability to act within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
