About the role
- Accountable for leading, guiding & directing the functional responsibilities within an area of assignment
- Collaborates with Services Areas, Regions & Health Ministries to ensure consistency & integration of strategy & operations
- Responsible for measuring & reporting KPIs / metrics & value delivery
- Manages the learning systems & training team and related projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five + years of experience in training, learning & development, knowledge management, HR technology training or 3+ years of leadership experience
- Experience developing working systems, standard operating procedures, training teams or LMS administration
- Experience in HR Shared Services or HR system training, preferably in a healthcare or large complex organization
