- Direct Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) activities and manage CDI programs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field or Nursing or equivalent experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License or equivalent certification
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible operational or management experience in hospital clinical documentation integrity
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CMS regulations and coding guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of IT applications including MS Office
