About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Capture, analyze, and validate data to support clinical, operational, and financial performance improvement using qualitative and quantitative techniques
  • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and automated analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python to support leadership decision-making and performance improvement initiatives
  • Supports enterprise data and reporting systems through data extraction, transformation, modeling, validation, and query development while ensuring adherence to established data standards
  • Works with large and complex datasets from healthcare and enterprise systems, including Epic EHR and Epic Clarity, to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions
  • Partners with operational, financial, and clinical leaders to translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of healthcare finance, decision support, revenue cycle, or other healthcare operational and financial data
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques
  • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and communicating insights to business stakeholders
