About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform day-to-day activities required to process credit account balances
  • Serve as a member of a team responsible for reducing patient balance account receivable credits
  • Communicate with patients regarding overpayments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • At least two (2) years of experience in revenue cycle functions
  • Knowledge of health insurance and governmental programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
