Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
Analyze healthcare data to support quality, safety, operational, and strategic decision-making
Perform forecasting, predictive modeling, trend analysis, and longitudinal cohort analyses
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, validity, and reproducibility across multiple data sources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
5+ years of business intelligence, analytics, or reporting experience in healthcare
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, iDashboards, and Excel
Strong understanding of healthcare data
