About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for Trinity Health’s TA Production and Onboarding function for assigned area.
  • Manages team of TA Coordinators and ensures the implementation and adherence to a streamlined, centralized and unified onboarding approach.
  • Reports to and aligns to the Director TA Production Operations.
  • Drives shared production services to ensure program goals are achieved; including key metrics related to on-time starts, post-acceptance drop-off rates, and new-hire satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition, human resources, administrative or a customer service support or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of people management experience.
