Key responsibilities & impact

Designs and implements reporting applications including BI dashboards, reporting cubes, and batch reports
Works with project lead and business users to gather requirements and prepare specifications
Develops and maintains test strategies and plans
Provides production support for Business Intelligence capabilities
Mentors and trains other BI Developers, Data Analysts, and power users
Manages scope of deliverables within the release timeframe
Coordinates with revenue cycle colleagues for infrastructure and tool configurations
Reinforces and assists defining the vision and direction of the RC Data Analytics team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology
Five (5) years' experience working as BI developer in a large data warehouse and business intelligence environment
Five (5) years of experience working with BI technologies such as Business Objects, Cognos, Qlikview, Tableau
Five (5) years of experience writing and tuning advance SQL
Demonstrated mastery and experience in creation and maintenance of BI tool suites
Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in leading technical projects, assignments and analysis
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare nomenclature preferred.
