Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Trinity HealthTalent Acquisition Coordinator assisting in hiring processes for external candidates & internal transfers at Mount Carmel Health System. Focusing on compliance, candidate experience, and effective communication throughout the hiring process.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the hiring process through the successful pre-boarding of external candidates & internal transfers
- Provide clear communication to candidates about expectations, timeline, & process getting from offer to start date
- Ensure compliance by collecting required pre-hire contingency documents
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to transition the candidate forward to hire
- Maintain knowledge about positions, required skills, competencies & culture to pre-board candidates appropriately
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or an administrative or customer service support role in a high-volume work environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (nice to have)
