About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for leading, guiding & directing functional responsibilities
- Enable ministry level strategy to address internal or external business & regulatory issues
- Ensure fulfillment of performance & service standards
- Identify, define & solve complex problems impacting management & direction of the business
- Collaborate with System Services Function Area, Regions & Health Ministries for strategy & operations consistency
- Measure & report KPIs/metrics & value delivery
- Maintain knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations and adhere to honest, ethical & professional behavior
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of an accredited culinary institution program or equivalent degree
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive multi-site experience in the general culinary, hospitality or healthcare foodservice management field
- Extensive experience including menu development, recipe development, program development & implementation, & driving high volume purchasing and contract compliance
- Certification from the American Culinary Federation (or equivalent) & LEAN certification preferred.
