Key responsibilities & impact

Candidates need to live within IL/IN region.
A Supply Chain Leader actively guides, trains, mentors and monitors Supply Chain colleagues.
Provides operations &/or optimization leadership focus.
Balances between staff leadership, broader organizational direction & administration.
Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness & results of a single large, strategic area in a medium to large-sized single functional domain within a limited geography and/or a defined segment or service line.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six (6) to seven (7) years progressively responsible experience with 4-5 years in Value Analysis or closely related discipline.
Verifiable 2-3 years of leadership experience in a progressive work environment with complex, multidisciplinary teams.
