About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Candidates need to live within IL/IN region.
- A Supply Chain Leader actively guides, trains, mentors and monitors Supply Chain colleagues.
- Provides operations &/or optimization leadership focus.
- Balances between staff leadership, broader organizational direction & administration.
- Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness & results of a single large, strategic area in a medium to large-sized single functional domain within a limited geography and/or a defined segment or service line.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six (6) to seven (7) years progressively responsible experience with 4-5 years in Value Analysis or closely related discipline.
- Verifiable 2-3 years of leadership experience in a progressive work environment with complex, multidisciplinary teams.
