About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, directing, and managing support and day-to-day operational tasks for Trinity Health Medical Group Revenue Cycle
- Collaborating with Medical Group operational leadership for standardization across locations
- Providing analytical, process redesign and performance improvement support to providers and practice leaders
- Developing necessary infrastructure to achieve departmental goals including organizational structure, staffing, and compliance
- Manages Medical Groups’ budgets and targets for financial oversight
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle operations
- Minimum of three years of management experience in a multi-facility healthcare delivery system
- Knowledge of revenue cycle and accounting systems, and healthcare industry issues
- Epic experience preferred
- LEAN, Six Sigma, MGMA, or other process improvement certifications preferred
