Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for the performance and regulatory readiness of large, strategic cross-functional teams
Collaborates with Service Area, Regions & Health Ministries to ensure consistency & integration of strategy & operations
Provides decision support, operations & or optimization leadership focus
Oversees vendor and contract labor management including centralizing strategy & optimizing spend
Responsible for measuring & reporting KPIs and metrics & value delivery
Develops necessary infrastructure to achieve current & future departmental goals including organizational structure, staffing, policies & procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or a related field
Progressive experience in revenue cycle operations, revenue metrics & analytics & revenue management or an equivalent combination of education & experience
Management experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or revenue cycle or consulting experience
Solid understanding of ICD-10 & CPT coding & medical terminology
Valid Driver’s License where required by assignment
Epic experience preferred (nice to have)
Knowledge of accounting systems & insurance issues, healthcare industry issues & trends, legal issues in field of expertise, required third party & governmental guidelines
