About the role
- Provides expert direction and management in HR/Payroll system access
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday administration
- Develops efficient processes for customer support
- Manages semi-annual audits of security access
- Utilizes case management system for logging case issues
- Supports team analytics and metrics for management
Requirements
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in an HR specialist or support role
- Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
- Advanced proficiency of HRIS required
- Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS and HR processes
- Strong skills in decision making, problem solving, judgment, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
