About the role
- Remote Staffing Clerk to support FirstChoice nursing resource pool across Trinity Health facilities nationwide.\n
- Position is remote with evening and night shift hours; schedule full-time.\n
- Responsibilities include scheduling and reassigning staff, communicating with leadership, entering scheduling data, generating reports, orientation and training, and policy recommendations.\n
- Collaborates with Central Staffing Office and unit-based leadership; maintains proper attendance and timekeeping records.\n
- Supports in meeting patient care unit needs and admission capacity.\n
- Located in Livonia, Michigan; remote based in the U.S.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of staff scheduling experience\n
- Healthcare staffing experience preferred\n
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience\n
- Additional formal clerical and computer training desirable\n
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively\n
- Strong attention to detail\n
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing environment\n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\n
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively\n
