About the role
- Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of accurate financial information
- General ledger account analysis and reconciliations
- Financial statements for the Regional Health Ministry
- Assists Manager with internal and external audits
- Prepares monthly accounting entries
- Reconciles, analyzes & adjusts general ledger accounts
- Completes year-end financial reporting package
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Knowledge of US GAAP and conducting financial analysis
- Prefer two (2) years of accounting experience
- Experience working with various computer accounting systems
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
