About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align business objectives with employees and management by developing and delivering HR initiatives
- Support organizational change and execute people strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Unit HR team
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Senior Management Team and business leaders
- Champion HR’s role as both business partner and employee advocate
- Lead employee relations efforts including resolving complex issues
- Develop and execute strategic talent initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- HR certification or designation preferred
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to build, nurture, and sustain a high-performance culture
- Strong coaching, mentorship, and leadership capabilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Strong business acumen and operational curiosity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, and engagement tracking systems
