Key responsibilities & impact

Align business objectives with employees and management by developing and delivering HR initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop the Business Unit HR team
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Senior Management Team
Champion HR’s dual role as both business partner and employee advocate
Lead employee relations efforts, including resolving complex issues
Develop and execute strategic talent initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive HR experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
HR certification or designation preferred
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to build a high-performance culture
Strong coaching, mentorship, and leadership capabilities
Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
Strong business acumen and operational curiosity
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, and engagement tracking systems
