About the role
- Analyze clinical workflows and healthcare processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders (physicians, nurses, operations teams) to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Configure, implement, and support clinical information systems (EHR/EMR and related platforms)
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Support integration of clinical systems with other enterprise platforms
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for clinical data analysis
- Provide insights to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and user training
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and data structures
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical and operational data
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
