About the role

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and improve company-wide workflows.
  • Hold one-on-one meetings with project teams and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Support initiatives to enhance retention and engagement while promoting company values.
  • Monitor project teams’ satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Assist managers with performance reviews and feedback discussions.
  • Guide project teams in setting goals and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Support succession planning and career progression frameworks.
  • Oversee internal transfers to ensure seamless transitions within the company.
  • Collaborate with managers and the L&D team to identify skill gaps and provide training programs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in HR, People Partner`s position or a similar role.
  • HR Expertise: Knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and talent lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and proactive approach to work.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • English Proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
