About the role
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and improve company-wide workflows.
- Hold one-on-one meetings with project teams and serve as their main point of contact.
- Support initiatives to enhance retention and engagement while promoting company values.
- Monitor project teams’ satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Assist managers with performance reviews and feedback discussions.
- Guide project teams in setting goals and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Support succession planning and career progression frameworks.
- Oversee internal transfers to ensure seamless transitions within the company.
- Collaborate with managers and the L&D team to identify skill gaps and provide training programs.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in HR, People Partner`s position or a similar role.
- HR Expertise: Knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and talent lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and proactive approach to work.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
- English Proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
