Analyst

• Serve as a client resource to facilitate the delivery of our Rental Management service.
• Collaborate with Mobile Medical Equipment Teams, Clinical Engineering Teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable teams, and CAM’s Strategic Advisors along with Customer Administrations and Clinical staff.
• Present actionable insights, change behaviors and improve processes through effective communication.
• Reduce unneeded rentals by analyzing current equipment utilization.
• Manage and monitor rental equipment statuses.
• Identify cost savings within a rental program.
• Develop and lead projects with operations leaders to reduce variability.
• Prepare Rental Vendor invoices for payment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and rental vendors.
