About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Repair, calibrate, and verify complex medical imaging systems.
  • Ensure regulatory accuracy for radiation outputs, documentation, and database integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance to clinicians when equipment performance affects real-time decisions.
  • Mentor others and guide vendors.
  • Maintain inventory to keep equipment operational.
  • Interpret error codes, replace power supplies, perform hard-drive work, and conduct system diagnostics.
  • Travel as needed to service medical imaging equipment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3-5 years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment, including radiographic rooms, C-arms, ultrasound, and mammography.
  • Strong computer skills, including interpreting error codes, replacing power supplies, hard-drive work, and system diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and networking applications.
  • Valid driver’s license; travel as needed.
  • 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience, or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required for equipment service.
