Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
Financial management skills, including budgets, revenue, and costs
Technical certifications such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE preferred
Experience requirements waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program
