About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multi-site clinical engineering operations, budgets, and performance
- Set expectations, coach leaders, and build a high-performing team
- Translate metrics into actions that improve uptime, compliance, and service
- Partner with hospital executives
- Ensure readiness for every inspection
- Own financial, operational, and human outcomes
- Manage a business within a business with P&L responsibility
- Make decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve inherited operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
- Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
- Financial management skills, including budgets, revenue, and costs
- Technical certifications such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE preferred
- Experience requirements waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program
