About the role
- Lead clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Direct Joint Commission inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor technicians and manage personnel by staffing and scheduling.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment with proven business acumen and ability to develop others.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering or technological field required or equivalent experience.
