About the role
- Leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
- Manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers.
- Provides a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX.
- Directs Joint Commission inspections and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversees personnel staffing, create and manage the network budget, and plans initiatives to meet network goals.
- Mentors, coaches, and develops others to deliver continuous service excellence.
- Represents Clinical Engineering on committees and attends Management Council meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or technological related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a clinical engineering environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading people.
- Experience in regulatory compliance required
- Experience managing financials, contracts, costing, and equipment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
- Ability to oversee and manage day-to-day and long-term site operations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
