About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end sourcing and product development process for assigned categories, from initial concept through fulfillment center delivery
- Develop products across culinary and storage categories, including cookware, kitchen electrics, kitchen gadgets, and home organization
- Negotiate cost, delivery, and terms directly with factories and sourcing partners
- Partner with Buying, Design, QA, Supply Chain, Customs, and global sourcing teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve risks related to quality, testing, compliance, engineering, and production timelines
- Report to the Director, Home Sourcing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, or production, with experience in hardlines categories
- 5+ years of experience managing categories related to cookware, kitchen electrics, kitchen gadgets, storage, or housewares
- 5+ years of experience working directly with factories and managing product development in a retail environment
- 5+ years of experience with product testing, compliance, safety regulations, and product engineering considerations, including CPSC-related requirements
- Ability to partner effectively across teams
- Commercial thinking, product expertise, and strong negotiation skills
- Must reside in Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
- Relocation assistance is not available
