About the role
- Provide Civil Construction product support, system testing, and training to resellers and end customers globally
- Deliver fast and efficient solutions to business partners, resellers, regional service centers, end-users, and internal Trimble teams
- Provide advanced technical product assistance on problems of diverse scope
- Participate in ongoing product development, representing the voice of the customer
- Perform system acceptance testing
- Develop technical communications in multiple media formats
Requirements
- Field experience or higher education in a relevant field of study in various disciplines Geomatics, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, etc.
- In-depth Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction software applications, site positioning solutions, and machine control systems, with the ability to identify workflow defects
- Reading schematics and blueprints: The ability to accurately interpret complex hydraulic schematics and diagrams
- Electrical theory and principles: Solid foundation in electricity concepts like voltage, current, resistance, and power
- Technical Documentation and Training: Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation
- Welding processes: Proficiency in one or more welding techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
