About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Spearhead software implementation projects for major customer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.
- Analyze complex client business requirements to design tailored, strategic implementation methodologies in collaboration with expert consultants.
- Coordinate dynamic internal and external resources, maintaining a cohesive team approach to hit critical milestones.
- Forge strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through change management and operational data flow.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience paired with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile.
- Proven capability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Prior experience within a consulting or professional services ecosystem.
- Proven track record managing ERP software implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.
- Deep familiarity with the construction industry vertical.
- Proficiency with project management and collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.
