Key responsibilities & impact

Architect the future of enterprise trust through managing the Identity & Access Management platform
Own the Organizations and multi-tenancy model
Manage org-level IAM configuration including domain verification, enforced SSO, and seat management
Lead product management for SCIM support allowing automated user provisioning
Drive requirements for integrating with various directories
Define and own the roadmap for IAM capabilities
Collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience with a deep focus on IAM, developer infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
Expert-level knowledge of identity protocols including SCIM 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0
Proven track record of defining complex multi-tenancy models and Organization structures for enterprise scale
Technical fluency in defining API documentation, authentication flows, and system architecture diagrams.
Professional security certifications such as CIAM or CISSP
