Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of experience as a technical support analyst or consultant, including strong proficiency with Oracle SQL for data extraction and scripting.
2+ years of hands-on experience generating business intelligence insights through tools like Jasper Reports or Crystal Reports.
Proven expertise using help desk ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or Freshdesk alongside standard source control workflows.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Familiarity with broader enterprise systems, CRM platform workflows, or ERP environments.
Experience developing or troubleshooting modern web services and APIs.
