Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing Total Rewards programs across compensation, benefits, or employee wellbeing
Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including PX Business Partners
Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
