About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel campaign strategies across the entire buyer's journey to generate high-quality demand
  • Spearhead innovative account-based marketing campaigns aimed at engaging high-value prospects and driving qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to develop impactful digital assets and ensure precise audience messaging
  • Analyze full-funnel performance metrics and lead conversion processes to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
  • Support and advance customer retention and lifecycle marketing programs to deepen engagement and build long-term brand loyalty

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in business English and Polish
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in demand generation, performance, or growth marketing
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of executing complex marketing campaigns from inception to completion
  • Demonstrated expertise in both digital and non-digital lead generation techniques alongside robust copywriting capabilities
  • Solid experience managing campaign budgets and analyzing campaign performance data to drive strategic decisions
