Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in administrative coordination or a comparable high-volume support role.
Salesforce and Google Workspace expert.
Ability to manage complex digital calendars and data.
Resilience to navigate fast-paced environments.
Must handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and professional judgment.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (French or Portuguese is a plus) is a bonus.
