Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven expertise in writing clear, concise business and system requirement documents for complex technical solutions.
Strong consultative mindset with a talent for presenting strategic information to executive management and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and strict deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, including the diplomacy needed to navigate challenging conversations and build consensus around new processes.
Prior experience with e-Builder or similar construction management software platforms (bonus).
Advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (bonus).
