Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the delivery of professional services to customers across multiple projects
Developing/maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage expectations
Establishing project schedules and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
Documenting and managing project scope (change control)
Identifying resource needs, assigning work, and coordinating schedules
Monitoring and tracking key project dependencies
Overseeing project budgets
Communicating project status both internally and externally to the client
Identifying and managing project risks/issues
Leading technical resources to ensure adequate root cause analysis of issues
Establishing Statements of Work
Ensuring quality of delivered services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading projects focused on delivery of technology
Leading teams of subject matter experts
Customer-focused and business-oriented
Excellent time management skills
Management of multiple concurrent projects
Strongly versed in the fundamentals of project management
Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet and Microsoft Project
Strong communication and business writing skills
Proficient in producing presentations and reports using office suite tools
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to identify, resolve and follow up on issues leveraging subject matter experts
Team player - strong initiative, independent thinker, driven to succeed, high energy with a commitment to work and follow-through
Willingness to travel (10 to 20 percent)
