Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate global Workday employee portals and recommend modern, intuitive UI layouts to elevate user adoption.
Collaborate with Talent Management to refine standardized job descriptions and career profiles across global business units.
Clean and format critical job architecture metadata to feed the machine learning algorithms within the Workday Skills Cloud.
Partner with communications teams to integrate dynamic Employee Value Proposition messaging across recruitment channels.
Create engaging digital templates, campaign assets, and strategic toolkits that champion the Trimble storytelling narrative.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Strong interest or foundational coursework in HR technology, cloud databases, AI tools, or digital data structures.
Exceptional professional writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex workflows into concise copy.
Basic familiarity with modern UI layout principles, web/portal design concepts, or consumer marketing strategies.
