10+ years of IT experience
5+ years in operations or platform engineering
hands-on expertise in monitoring, application development, and performance tuning
10+ years of experience mentoring and coaching technical teams
10+ years of experience presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
10+ years of experience in roadmapping, blueprinting, and risk assessment
Technical certifications such as Applications Development, Network/Cisco, Linux, Windows, etc., preferred
