Lead complex investigations and provide guidance to managers and team members
Track and report employee relations activity, identify trends, and recommend solutions
Support delivery of formal employee relations processes ensuring consistency and fairness
Develop and deliver training on employee relations management and compliance topics

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience leading investigations into complex workplace complaints, including violations of policy or law
5+ years of experience managing formal employee relations processes such as disciplinary actions, risk assessments, performance management, attendance, and terminations
5+ years of experience applying US federal and state employment laws, including discrimination, whistle-blowing, and compliance, in a multi-state environment
5+ years of experience documenting, tracking, and reporting employee relations cases using case management systems
5+ years of experience analyzing relevant data to identify trends, propose solutions, and enhance corporate climate
