Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of proven sales success with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets
3+ years of deep domain expertise within the mining industry
Mastery of strategic consultative selling and closing techniques in high-pressure environments
Strong technical proficiency with field systems, specifically regarding mining or civil construction workflows
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and drive results across complex organizations
