About the role
- Responsible for successful deployment of solutions to large-scale asset owners and government entities
- Lead a specialized team of Solution Architects and Consultants
- Ensure technical configurations are scalable and align with industry standards
- Manage resource allocation ensuring right talent is assigned to right projects
- Own the Billable Utilization metrics for delivery team
- Partner with business development to validate technical feasibility of SOWs
Requirements
- 8+ years in Professional Services
- At least 5 years leading technical delivery for Public Sector or Institutional Owner accounts
- Expert knowledge of COBie, IFC standards
- High proficiency in PSA tools (e.g. Kantata)
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles and technical security audits
- Experience reviewing Government RFPs, SOWs and MSAs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or Information Systems
