Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in Professional Services
At least 5 years leading technical delivery for Public Sector or Institutional Owner accounts
Expert knowledge of COBie, IFC standards
High proficiency in PSA tools (e.g. Kantata)
Familiarity with government procurement cycles and technical security audits
Experience reviewing Government RFPs, SOWs and MSAs
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or Information Systems
