About the role
- Facilitate carrier onboarding by providing technical guidance and administrative requirements
- Coordinate system implementations and project tasks
- Provide training for key users and ensure ongoing support
- Establish and maintain customer relations
- Consult on carrier processes and provide suitable Transporeon solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency in German & English (additional languages are a plus)
- 1 year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or customer care
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- High level of organizational reliability and proactivity
- Bonus points for previous experience within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry
- Foundational knowledge of SaaS solutions or Project Management methodologies
- Formal Project Management certification such as PRINCE2
