About the role

  • Spearhead the execution of personalized onboarding plans, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature to active product adoption
  • Partner with customers to co-create and maintain Success Plans that define clear goals, objectives, and actionable milestones
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to optimize the onboarding journey and resolve potential risks to customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure onboarding success and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying resources and best practices that empower customers to achieve superior business outcomes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of Customer Success principles and best practices for client engagement
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communicator with ability to present ideas clearly to diverse groups of stakeholders
  • High degree of ownership and ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements
