About the role
- Spearhead the execution of personalized onboarding plans, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature to active product adoption
- Partner with customers to co-create and maintain Success Plans that define clear goals, objectives, and actionable milestones
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to optimize the onboarding journey and resolve potential risks to customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure onboarding success and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying resources and best practices that empower customers to achieve superior business outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of Customer Success principles and best practices for client engagement
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator with ability to present ideas clearly to diverse groups of stakeholders
- High degree of ownership and ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements
