About the role

  • Deliver high-level technical support to new and existing users of Tekla Structures to solve complex industry challenges.
  • Develop and execute live training sessions and create impactful learning materials for customers and internal staff.
  • Provide technical onboarding and after-sales-care to our customers as required.
  • Provide technical and pre-sales support to our sales team.
  • Be an expert in demonstrations of Tekla Structures to showcase software value to our customers.
  • Contribute to the localization of Tekla Structures software to support industry standards and specific customer needs.

Requirements

  • Structural engineering degree or qualification or relevant qualitative experience in the construction industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures software.
  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
