About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-level technical support to new and existing users of Tekla Structures to solve complex industry challenges.
- Develop and execute live training sessions and create impactful learning materials for customers and internal staff.
- Provide technical onboarding and after-sales-care to our customers as required.
- Provide technical and pre-sales support to our sales team.
- Be an expert in demonstrations of Tekla Structures to showcase software value to our customers.
- Contribute to the localization of Tekla Structures software to support industry standards and specific customer needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Structural engineering degree or qualification or relevant qualitative experience in the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures software.
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
